Description
Shell house, built in the early 19th century, located about 50 meters west-southwest of Fennes Farmhouse. This structure is designed in a rustic Gothick style and is constructed from flint with a shell-encrusted interior. It has a circular shape topped with a conical thatched roof. The entrance features an ogee-arched tripartite design supported by timber posts, and the original decorative twigwork doors are located inside the building. There is a single light window. Inside, the walls display shells embedded in plaster arranged in decorative patterns, along with fragments of stained glass. A low bench runs around the interior walls. At the time of the survey, the building was noted to be in poor condition, with a section of thatch missing.
