Description

No 106 is a cottage located on the east side of North End in Bassingbourn-cum-Kneesworth. It dates from the early to mid 17th century and has undergone renovations in the 20th century. The structure is timber-framed and plastered, topped with a plain tiled roof from the 20th century. It features a T-shaped red brick ridge stack positioned to the left of center. The cottage is two storeys high and has a three-unit plan with a lobby entry. The entrance includes a 20th-century door and canopy. There are three 20th-century casement windows on the ground floor and four on the first floor.
