It is constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, topped by a 20th-century pantiled roof. The building features a tall red brick ridge stack and stands two storeys high with an attic. There are two 20th-century bay windows with leaded lights, and an open porch at the entrance, which is located in a lobby entry position. On the first floor, there are two casement windows.
