Description

This is a bridge built around 1823, spanning Quy Water to the south of Quy Hall. It is made of cast iron and features a single segmental span that is decorated with rosettes and pierced tracery spandrels. The bridge is supported by walls made of ashlar limestone. It has cross-patterned balustrades with ball finials on the newels. The bridge was purchased by Clement Francis from St John's College around 1853.
