Description

Red House is a house dating from the late 17th century, with renovations from the 20th century. The building is made of red brick, which was originally exposed but is now rendered. It features a plain tiled roof and a rectangular red brick ridge stack. The house is two storeys high with an attic and has an L-plan layout, consisting of two units with a lobby entry to the main range. There is a band between the floors and a 19th-century two-panelled door with a plain canopy supported by shaped brackets. The house has two casement windows on the ground floor and three on the first floor.
