Description

This is a late 17th-century cottage with a later addition dated 1837. It is timber-framed and has a rough cast render, along with Bourn great brick and red brick detailing. The roof is steeply pitched and covered in slate, featuring a red brick ridge stack to the left of the centre. The building has a three-unit plan and one storey with an attic. The main entrance is via a boarded door and a rustic open porch. There are two fixed windows with glazing bars, and two casement dormer windows.
