Description
Golders Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early 17th century, with an addition made around 1700. It features a timber frame that is cased with common bricks, rendered and painted, and includes red 18th-century brick. The roof is covered with plain tiles and asbestos tiles. The original layout consists of a hall and crosswing plan, with the building being one storey and one storey with an attic; however, the hall on the right side has been demolished and rebuilt in the 20th century.
To the left, there is a two-storey extension that has an end stack and a parapet gable, along with a plinth and a band between the floors. The crosswing roof is half hipped towards the main facade, and the original stack has been rebuilt above the ridge of the hall replacement. The farmhouse has two first-floor casement windows and one ground-floor window with a segmental brick arch, along with a boarded door to the left. The crosswing has four 20th-century casement windows.
