Description

The bridge and adjoining moat wall at Haslingfield Manor date from the late 17th century. Constructed of red brick in mainly English bond, the structure features limestone coping along the parapet. It has three round-headed arches, each with projecting keyblocks set in square outer frames. The parapet sweeps down towards the house end and ends in piers that have been repaired with 20th-century capping. This bridge serves as the approach to the manor house, spanning the moat.
