Description

No. 5 Old Courthall is a 17th-century building located in Godmanchester. It is two storeys high and features a timber-framed structure, with the original framing visible on the north side, while the upper part of the street front is covered with mock timber framing and cement. The building has an old tiled roof with a gable end at the north. The entire front of the upper storey projects outward. The ground floor has modern bays, and the first floor features modern tripartite casements. There is also a modern door and a paired brick stack. This building is included for its group value.
