Description

21 Crown Street is an early 19th century rebuild of an earlier structure. The building has two storeys and features four windows. It is constructed of gault brick and includes an 18th century entablature and blocking course, which has been cemented over and originally extended to the west. The windows are round-arched, recessed sash windows, and there is a side entrance. The shop front has been modernized. This building, along with Nos. 17, 21, and 23, forms a group with Nos. 2 to 6 (even), Nos. 12, 14, 16, and Nos. 20 to 32 (even) Broadway.
