Description

This is an 1834 farmhouse, likely built for the Manchester Estate. It is constructed of gault brick, painted, with a hipped roof covered in tiles and a dentil eaves cornice. A side stack is present. The house is two storeys high, with a double-fronted design featuring a range of five flush frame hung sash windows with glazing bars. The central doorway has flanking pilasters and a moulded cornice.
