Description

Village Farm is a farmhouse dating to around 1860, built for the Manchester Estate. It has a T-shaped layout. The exterior is constructed of gault brick with decorative details in red and black brick. The roof is steeply pitched and covered in plain tiles, with two ridge stacks, one featuring a moulded stone capping. Bargeboards are present on the gable ends. The farmhouse is two storeys high and is listed for its polychrome brick detailing.
