The roof is made of red pantiles and has a half-hipped design, with a central brick ridge stack. The building has two storeys, with two horizontal sliding sash windows on the ground floor and two smaller, similar windows on the first floor. There are also two boarded doors on the outer sides. To the right side, there is a small lean-to with a pantiled roof and a boarded door.
