Description
Number 12 and the outbuildings at the rear is a house dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century, which has been altered. It is constructed of red brick with pebble dash render and features a Collyweston stone slated roof with parapet gables and end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a symmetrical three-bay facade. It includes shallow segmental hung sash bay windows on either side of a six-panelled door that has a round-headed fanlight above it. The door retains its original knocker and is accompanied by a pair of cast iron boot scrapers. On the first floor, there are three twelve-paned hung sash windows, with the central window set in a round-headed arch. The rear outbuildings feature pointed arches for both the windows and doors.
