Description

A 17th-century farmhouse, now divided into two dwellings, located on Fox Street in Great Gransden. The building has a three-unit plan with an original lobby entry. It is timber-framed and rendered with painted brick foundations, and has a thatched roof which is half-hipped to the south. A red brick ridge stack and an end stack are present on the north-east side. The farmhouse has two storeys, with three first-floor casement windows and four ground-floor windows, two of which are casements. There are two panelled doors. The interior includes a sealed inglenook hearth and chamfered ceiling beams with run-out stops.
