Description

The Old Fox is an early 17th-century house, formerly the Fox Inn. It originally comprised three units, and is timber-framed with plaster infill. An extension to the street and an end stack are likely modern. The house has red tiled roofs, a large rebuilt ridge stack with four shafts, and an early red brick ridge stack to the right. There are two three-light casement windows on each floor level, and an open gabled porch with a modern oak door.

The interior retains an exposed timber frame and ceiling beams, along with an inglenook hearth. The building is documented in the Royal Commission on Historical Monuments for Huntingdonshire.
