This is a late 18th century house located on the east side of High Street in Offord Darcy. The house is built of red brick, which has been painted. It has a steeply pitched, modern tile roof with a gault brick ridge stack. The house is two storeys high and features four modern windows on the first floor and four flush wood-frame horizontal sliding sash windows on the ground floor. A recessed doorway leads to a modern door.
