Description
No. 160 High Street is a former vicarage that has been divided into separate dwellings. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of gault brick, which incorporates parts of an earlier red brick building in its rear wall. The building has an irregular L-plan and features a hipped, tiled roof with a shallow pitch, deep overhang at the eaves, and scroll brackets. There is a side stack. The structure has two storeys, with three flush wood frame hung sashes and one blocked window opening on each storey. The entrance is located in a gabled porch at the north end, featuring an early 19th-century reeded doorcase and a round-headed arch with a fanlight.
