Description

No. 9 West Street is a mid-19th century building that has been designed to resemble Georgian architecture. It is constructed from gault brick and consists of two storeys plus a basement, with the ground storey notably taller than the first. The façade features three sash windows with glazing bars. At the centre, there is a doorway topped with an elliptical arch, which includes a five-light fanlight and a flush panelled door, framed by a plain Ionic pilastered surround. The building is capped with a tiled roof that has brick stacks at both ends.
