2. Mid C19, but given a Georgian appearance. Gault brick. 2 storeys and basement, the ground storey being much taller than the 1st. 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars. Central doorway in elliptical head with 5 light fanlight, flush panelled door, plain Ionic pilastered surround. Tiled roof with brick end stacks.
