8, Post Street

No. 8 Post Street is a mid-19th century building located in Godmanchester. It is constructed of gault brick with stone dressings, featuring a band at both the first floor and parapet level. To the left of the facade is a doorway with a six-panel door that is partially glazed, flanked by panelled pilasters and topped with a bracketed hood. The building has a parapet and a tiled roof with brick end stacks. At the rear, there is an older wing, likely from the 18th century, which may be timber-framed and has sashes with glazing bars.
