Description

Horseshoe Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located on Colne Road in Bluntisham. The building features a timber-framed structure with rough-cast exterior and a thatched roof. An original red brick chimney is positioned on the right side of the cottage. It is a one-storey building with an attic, which includes two gabled dormer windows. On the front, there are two hung sash windows with glazing bars that flank a half-glazed door. To the right of the door, in line with the chimney, is a four-panelled door. There is a modern extension added to the north of the cottage. Part of the original building to the south has been demolished.
