This is a hovel located approximately 40 meters south of Grange Farmhouse, dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and weatherboarding, topped with a steeply pitched hipped roof covered in pantiles. The structure originally had four open bays but now features three, facing east. It is included in the listing for its group value with nearby buildings.
