Description

This mid-17th century cottage, located to the east of Brook House, is a one-storey building with an attic and a lobby entry, featuring a three-unit plan. The exterior is made of rendered timber-frame and topped with a corrugated iron roof, which includes two dormer windows. A soft red brick ridge stack with a moulded cornice and a date panel adds character to the structure. Inside, the cottage boasts chamfered ceiling beams and a sunken dairy on the left side.
