Description

39 London Road is a mid-19th century house built of gault brick, featuring a slate roof with one ridge and one end stack. The building stands two storeys tall and has a three-window range of hung sashes with glazing bars set in cambered arches. The central doorway is framed by a double recessed arch with a key block. At the rear, there is a late 18th century range made of red brick and gault brick, topped with a pantiled and cement-tiled roof that includes an internal stack. This rear section is one storey high and has an attic.
