Description

No 14 Park Street is a mid-19th century house and shop constructed from gault brick with a slate roof. The building has two storeys and features flat arches above two hung sashes, which have glazing bars and are set within moulded architraves. On the ground floor, there is a mid-19th century shop front on the left side, which includes a panelled door and a shaped architrave supported by pilasters, topped with a plain entablature. To the right on the ground floor, there are two hung sashes with a central mullion, set beneath a cambered arch. An iron lamp bracket is positioned above the shop door. The shop front is specifically noted for its architectural significance.
