Description

This early 19th-century house, part of Elgoods Brewery, is located to the north of Number 71 on North Brink in Wisbech. It is constructed from local brown brick and features a shallow slate roof with a central ridge stack and a shared end stack to the north. The building stands two storeys tall.

On the south side, there is a side passage door, while the central doorway has been blocked. The first floor has three twelve-pane hung sash windows, each with cambered brick arches. The central window is set in a recessed two-storey segmental arched brick panel. On the ground floor, there are two hung sash windows with glazing bars, shaped to round-headed arches. Additionally, there is a side door with six panels. The house is documented in photographs and prints from the 18th and 19th centuries by W. & F. Mus.
