Description
No. 20 Newgate Street is a cottage dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of rendered brick and features pantile roofs. The building is one storey with an attic, and the right-hand bay was raised to two storeys in the late 19th century. The cottage has two casement windows on the ground floor and a four-panelled door from the 19th century. It is included in the listing for its group value.
