Description

Rosemont is a cottage from the early 18th century, with the left bay rebuilt in brick during the late 19th or early 20th century. The structure features clay bat and plaster rendering, topped with a thatched roof made of long straw, which is hipped to the right. The original ridge stack is constructed from red and yellow brick. The building has one storey and attics, with a single dormer. In the centre bay, there is one window and door from the 19th century. The right bay was converted into a butcher's shop in the 19th century, which includes a single light top-hung casement window with a lattice work grill, and the shop door is boarded.
