Description
This is an early to mid-19th century house located on the east side of High Street, Cheveley. It is constructed of white gault brick with a hipped slate roof and side stacks. The house is two storeys high, with a low wing extending to the south. The first floor has three recessed sixteen-paned hung sash windows, each with a gauged brick arch. Two larger, similar windows are positioned on either side of a central four-panelled flush door, which is topped with a patterned, rectangular, fanlight in a reed-moulded decrease. A further hung sash window is located to the right-hand side. The building has group value from the contribution it makes to the character of the street.
