Description
No 9 on Trinity Street is a late 18th-century building that stands three storeys high with an attic and features four windows with intact glazing bars above the ground floor. The ground floor has a modern shopfront, and there are two modern dormers on the roof. The building is constructed of buff brick and includes a string course, cornice, and parapet. The roof is made of slate and tile. The Rose Street frontage is similar to the adjacent buildings numbered 1 to 11, which date from around 1825. The building also has a gault brick facade with four windows that have sash frames and glazing bars, along with a contemporary shopfront. No 9, along with Nos 10, 13 to 17, 19 to 21, 23, and 24, forms a group of buildings of architectural interest.
