Description
Nos 33 and 34 on Trinity Street are buildings from the first half of the 18th century that have been significantly restored in the 20th century. They stand three storeys high, with a modern red brick front on the upper storey that has been rebuilt. The buildings feature three windows with modern sash designs and a contemporary shopfront, along with a band between the storeys. The roof is slate. Inside, there is a good original staircase and one room featuring fielded panelling dating from around 1725. These buildings are now part of a continuous structure with Nos 29-32, which have a modern attic storey, a slate mansard roof, flat-topped dormers, and a timber cornice. Nos 26 to 38 on Trinity Street form a cohesive group.
