Description
No. 13 on Trinity Street is a late 18th-century building, possibly dating from 1783, as indicated by a date found on a brick. It is constructed of red brick and stands four storeys high, featuring four windows with sash frames that include glazing bars. The building has an early 19th-century shopfront with five bays, characterized by Ionic pilasters and an entablature topped with a modillion cornice. The first-floor windows are adorned with ornamental Gothic iron balconies. There is a band below the parapet, which has a stone coping, although the roof is not visible. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 9, 10, 13 to 17 (consecutive), 19 to 21 (consecutive), 23, and 24.
