Description
No. 10 Trinity Street is a mid to late 19th-century building designed in the Venetian Gothic style. It is constructed of grey gault brick and features three storeys with an attic. The building has a three-bay frontage facing Trinity Street and a one-window return on Green Street. The windows and doorway are topped with pointed arches, and the sash windows have trefoil heads, each framed by red granite half columns. There is a central oriel window on the upper floors, also with trefoil heads, and an oriel corner turret topped with a conical slate roof. The building includes two bargeboarded attic dormers and has bracketted eaves with a slate roof. It is part of a group that includes Nos. 9, 10, 13 to 17 (consecutive), 19 to 21 (consecutive), 23, and 24.
