Description
The gates of Chapel Court yard onto St John's Street at St John's College were built in 1940. They feature red brick piers that are stone capped and topped by the Yales of Beaufort. The design includes wrought iron gates and a screen, along with an overthrow that displays the date and the college motto. The Yales were created by A F Hardiman.
