Compact swastika layout, each flat with an outdoor terrace, secluded by storey-height walls, which continue to form the walls of the flats themselves. Horizontal roof line, prominently expressed. An integral part of the Churchill College planned layout, and the first part to be built. N. Taylor, Cambridge New Architecture.
