Description

This is a late 17th and early 18th century timber-framed house, situated on Grantchester Road in Trumpington. The lower part of the building is clad in weatherboarding, while the upper part is plastered. The house is one storey high with an attic space. It features modern windows, including three sliding sash windows and three casement windows, alongside three plain doors. Three gabled dormers are present in the roof, which is thatched and incorporates tiles beneath. The roofline is visible. Numbers 20 and 22, along with numbers 10, 12, 16 and 22 (even), form a group.
