Description

Nos 10, 12, and 14 on Grantchester Road are early 19th-century houses built of grey gault brick. They are two storeys tall with an attic, featuring three windows on the lower level and six above, all of which are sashes with glazing bars. There is a carriage arch between the two houses. The panelled doors have rectangular lights above them. The roofs are slate mansard style, with the roof of No 10 being slightly higher than the others. These houses, along with Nos 16 to 22 (even), form a group.
