Description

The library at Pembroke College was built between 1875 and 1877 by architect A. Waterhouse. It is constructed of red brick with stone dressings and consists of two storeys with seven bays. At the west end, there is a polygonal clock tower topped with a spire. The building features 2-light transomed windows below, with an additional two transoms above, all containing small leaded panes. The roof is slate and gabled.
