Description
Nos. 7 to 11 Malcolm Street are part of a group of five similar houses built around 1842, likely by James Webster. These houses are constructed from grey gault brick and consist of two storeys plus a basement. Each house features two windows with sash frames, most of which have glazing bars, while some include iron grilles. The entrance has a four-panel door topped with a rectangular fanlight. The properties are enclosed by plain wrought iron spike railings with vase finials on the main stanchions. At the parapet level, there is a stylized brick entablature, and the houses have slate mansard roofs.
