Description
47 and 48 Sidney Street are late 18th century or early 19th century buildings that stand two storeys tall. They are constructed of gault brick and feature a set back with a rounded angle at the corner. The buildings have sash windows, with a modern shop front, and a mansard slate roof. Number 47 includes one tripartite sash window and two dormers. Number 48 has elements from the 17th century and is timber-framed, but it underwent significant alterations in the late 18th century when it was combined with Number 47.
