Description

No 10 on Green Street is a building dating from around 1700, which was refronted in the late 18th century and underwent extensive alterations in the late 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with vitrified headers and consists of two sections, one with three storeys and the other with four storeys, each featuring two sash windows, some of which have glazing bars. The building has a late 19th-century shopfront, as well as a modern shopfront. There is an arched doorway with a fan-light above it. The building has a parapet, and the tiled roof is not visible. Inside, there are fine fittings, including bolection moulded panelling, fireplace surrounds, and the original staircase.
