Description
1 Mill Lane is located at the south corner of Mill Lane and Trumpington Street. This early 19th-century building stands three storeys tall and is constructed from gault brick with a slate roof. It features a stone band at the first floor cill level and a stone cornice below the parapet. The building has a quadrant angle and the Mill Lane front includes three windows with flat brick arches, glazing bars, and a round-headed doorway that has a moulded stone archivolt. There is a modern carriageway on the right side, which includes one original window and one modern window on the first floor, as well as one modern window on the second floor. The Trumpington Street front has two windows.
