Description
Sleepers Farmhouse is a 15th-century house that is timber framed and plastered, featuring a thatched roof. The building has two storeys, with a single-storey extension to the north, which is also thatched. At the south end, there is a gabled wing that jetties on curved brackets. The window arrangement consists of a 1:2:1 pattern, with modern casements that have glazing bars, and there are modern doors as well. A 17th-century chimney stack is present, and the south end was originally jettied at the rear. Inside, extensive alterations from the 17th century are visible, but much of the original frame remains.
