Description

No. 37 and the adjoining outbuilding to the southeast is an early 18th-century house. It is built of coursed stone with an ashlar front and has a steeply pitched plain tile roof with coped gable ends. The house is two storeys high and features a two-window range with widely spaced 3-light casements. There is a central plain doorway that has a modern door. The house has ashlar end stacks and a contemporary wing at the rear, forming an L-shaped plan. The adjoining outbuilding, likely built in the late 18th century, is also made of coursed stone and has a plain tile roof with coped gable ends, along with modern garage doors. Inside, there is a chamfered ceiling beam.
