Description

This is a 17th-century range of cottages situated at right angles to the road in Ailsworth. The cottages are built of random rubble with stone dressings and have a thatched roof with gabled ends. They are one storey high with an attic, featuring three dormers. The front elevation has two small casement windows protected by wooden lintels. A one-storey extension is located on the left-hand side. Modern windows are present at the rear. The roof is punctuated by brick ridge chimney stacks.
