Description

Sacrewell Lodge is an 18th-century house located on the Great North Road in Thornhaugh. The building is constructed of coursed stone and features a steeply pitched Collyweston stone roof with gabled ends. It stands two storeys high with an attic and has five bays. The facade includes flat stone arches and 19th-century two-light casements with glazing bars. There is a central doorcase that has a modern glazed door inserted. The house also has three hipped dormers and a 19th-century stone wing at the rear.
