Description

This is a circa 1850-60 pair of houses, originally two separate dwellings, now converted into a single residence. The building is constructed of red brick with yellow brick dressings, and has a Collyweston stone roof with overhanging eaves. It is two storeys high and has a four-window front. The first-floor windows are gabled and the one to the left of centre is larger, with a prominent gable above. The windows are mullion/transom casements with diamond-paned glass, set within segmental brick arched openings. A pair of original doors have been converted into windows, located to the left of centre. There are end and ridge stacks with tall, diagonally set shafts featuring moulded cornices.
