Description
Pine Beams is a 18th century cottage dated 1796, constructed from coursed stone rubble and positioned at right angles to the road. It features a Collyweston stone roof with coped gable ends and stands two storeys tall. The front has a three-window range, with ground floor windows and a central doorway that include triple keystones, modern casements, and a modern door. The first floor has three-light casements, with the centre light featuring leaded panes. There are brick and chimney stacks, and to the left (south) is a one-storey and attic wing that includes a gabled dormer.
