Description
The churchyard boundary wall surrounding the north-west, west, and south-west sides of the Church of St Botolph is likely from the 18th century. It is constructed of coursed stone rubble topped with plain stone coping. Notably, a section to the north of the gateway features a stone coffin lid as its coping. The wall slopes down towards the gateway at the south-west end. The gateway itself incorporates re-used moulded arch and jambs from a 15th-century doorway. Additionally, the north-west section of the wall has brick coping.
