Description

Wainholm is a late 19th-century building located on the north side of Toddington Park Road. It is constructed of stucco and has two storeys topped with a double-pitched Welsh slate roof featuring modillion eaves. The building has four casement windows, two of which are adorned with decorative leaded lights. The west gables include two two-storey bays and a heavily moulded brick stack. A gabled one-storey porch with scalloped bargeboards and a finial complements the design, mirroring the style of the west gables.
